Four Tips to ACHIEVE 2021 Resolutions and Goals!
That time of year again- except I bet you’ll agree that this year in particular is very different. For many of us, 2020 was a year to spend more time with loved ones and family. For others, the exact opposite. It was a year to reflect on what we have and to be forced to sit still with who we are and what we have in this moment- and to appreciate ourselves and our home lives.
It was also a year for many career changes, having to come up with new hobbies instead of seeing friends every free moment, and learning things you want to improve in.
New Year resolutions can be a sore spot for so many people. It’s the classic “super motivated, I’m giving it my all” feeling on January 1st, followed by a realization that you just can’t do it all and stick to perfection like you hoped by mid February. I’ve been there, like all of you.
