How I Stay Motivated

My most asked question on my Instagram is how I stay motivated! I’m sharing my top 3 tips and secrets to how I stay so motivated to work full time, work out, stay healthy, and make my blog and YouTube channel a priority!

Here are three things I do every single day to make sure I stay motivated!

  • Most important tip, something I repeat to myself daily. “Failing to plan is planning to fail”. After dinner and after cleaning the kitchen I’m ready to watch Netflix and chill. But I have to remember to plan for the next morning if I want to get anything done. Set my clothes out for my workout, choose a motivating quote or words for my alarm clock, write a schedule for myself for the next day, and prep my morning hot lemon water. Anything I can do now instead of in the morning will help you get out of bed when you are supposed to and get everything done!

  • Affirmations, law of attraction, and goal settling: I write down my dreams and goals every single day- it’s part of my morning routine. This keeps me on track to meet my goals and achieve my dreams and keeps me motivated because it is easy to forget goals when you don’t revisit them. Revisit quarterly as well, to make sure I’m staying on track.

  • My biggest secret- discipline! Making a schedule or a routine and then forcing myself to stick to it no matter what!! You are in control of your entire day! You have to be your biggest advocate- no one else is responsible for your and your life and you may be your biggest distraction and hurdle.
