Weekly Happening- August 10

Productivity Tip of the Week

One thing a day- I am about to read a new book called The One Thing. It’s a book about accomplishing one thing every day and how that is a secret of success.

I am implementing this into my daily life lately and it makes me feel more motivated and positive throughout the day when I know that I’ve completed “the most important thing” of the day.

Motivational/Inspirational Message of the Week

I think the secret is to stay happy and positive and motivated. When you feel like you’ve accomplished what you’re supposed to accomplish that day, it’s like a snowball effect. You start to feel more motivated to keep going and keep up the productivity. That’s been a secret of mine that I just realized lately! It’s not really about how much you can do in a day- it’s about making every day count in some way that keeps the momentum going.

Jewelry of the Week

I think I’ve featured these Kendra Scott Crawlers every week but I keep wearing them at least once a week, and I get complimented literally EVERY TIME I wear them! So here they are again. Also linking the leather watchband I’ve been wearing more lately- I hadn’t worn it in a while and I’ve been loving it again.

Outfit Favorites of the Week

Still obsessed with this Lululemon dress. I wear it every weekend and it looks super cute with these linked sneakers, or a pair of Tory Burch Metal Millers really dresses it up! Perfect for a brewery trip and running errands.

I got my last pair of the Free People “The Way Home” shorts in the mail this week FINALLY after MONTHS of being on backorder and I am obsessed with the color. Again- these $30 shorts are AMAZING and the tummy control/core support is unmatched. Highly recommend them!

New YouTube Video

None this week :( I am hard at work editing my Denver vlog to go along with a Denver, Colorado travel blog post! And I am doing brainstorming for video ideas for the next few weeks.

Books I’m Loving

Still reading Why We Sleep every night before bed. I’m about halfway done, but once I’m done I want to buy The One Thing. It’s a book about accomplishing one thing every day and how that is a secret of success.

Still loving the After Series as well.

Anything Else I have to tell you!

I know I needed this today so here it is again:
