but I HAVE to have my 10 minutes of snoozing so I can mentally prepare myself to get up and start my day... or do I?
I've found this to be the easiest and most effective way to really stick to a workout plan and not fall off my bandwagon.
I enjoy listening to my body and as long as 90% of the time I am eating as fresh and clean as I can, I certainly will never keep myself from enjoying a treat or a few pieces of pizza if I feel like it!
Accept where you are now and work on improving every week, but enjoy the journey and count your blessings.
Once you find something that makes you feel beautiful and powerful, stick to it.
